Our Story
Kambo is a non-psychoactive secretion used by indigenous Amazonians that is derived from the sacred, giant monkey tree frog, scientifically known as Phyllomedusa bicolor. Kambo provides a very powerful physical and energetic cleanse by boosting the immune system and restoring balance to the mind, body, and spirit. Kambo is referred to by the indigenous peoples as “the vaccine of the forest.” They use it to heal most of their illnesses. While the secretion of the frog does not contain any psychoactive substances, it helps to remove negative energy and blockages at a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

He serves as a compassionate guide for individuals who choose Kambo healing with mindfulness, equity, and care. He strives to support transformative journeys through ancient medicine, held with respect, integrity, and cultural awareness.

His spiritual awakening began in 2020, amid the pandemic and growing racial and social unrest. In the thick of isolation and inner questioning, a college friend introduced him to the spirit of Kambo. Though he had little experience with plant medicines, curiosity led him to join a colleague for a ceremony in New Hampshire with an experienced practitioner.
Witnessing the profound healing unfold for his colleague, he felt something shift inside. He realized my fear and ego were standing in the way of deeper transformation. That day, guided by curiosity and surrender, he chose to open—allowing the Frog’s medicine to guide him toward alignment and restoration.
By his third ceremony, he felt deeply called to be in service of providing Kambo to help others heal their body, mind, and soul. In 2021, as his love and connection continued to grow, he embarked on certification with the International Association of Kambo Practitioners , completing extensive training and assessment in Arizona and Peru, right at the heart of where Kambo originated. He understands that Kambo is a very powerful sacred modality that deserves respect and needs to be administered by someone who is properly trained. He is honored to carry and serve this sacred modality from the Amazon with integrity and intention, and he hopes to continue sharing this beautiful and transformative experience.
Through his work at Kambo Ignite, he supports others in accessing the clarity, courage, and tools needed to move beyond limitations and step into their full potential. His deep care and connection to the frog is reflected in the way he shows up, with presence, integrity, and love for the process.
He offers a grounded, intuitive space for healing, holding each session with trust and deep respect for individual journeys. Calm, attentive, and non-intrusive, he helps others move through intense experiences with safety and support.
